If you have had an imaging exam done at Palmetto Primary Care Physicians,
you can request a CD with a copy of your imaging exam by calling
Diagnostics Support staff directly at (843) 735-5307.

*​First copy of CD is free of charge to medical provider or patient.
Additional copies will be charged a fee of $5.00 per CD.​
You can secure a copy of your Medical Records by submitting an official request online, via fax, via email, or through postal mail.
